Raechelle Meyer Graduates from Clarion University

Raechelle Meyer of Baden, PA, received a BSED degree in BSED Elementary Education/Special Education during commencement ceremonies Dec. 17 at Clarion University. Ceremonies were held at Waldo S. Tippin Gymnasium. Clarion University President Karen Whitney delivered remarks to degree recipients.
