Megan Smith Graduates from Clarion University

Megan Smith of Strattanville, PA, received a MBA degree in MBA Business Administration during commencement ceremonies Dec. 17 at Clarion University. Ceremonies were held at Waldo S. Tippin Gymnasium. Clarion University President Karen Whitney delivered remarks to degree recipients.
