Kelsey Rodgers Graduates from Clarion University

Kelsey Rodgers of Anaheim, CA, received a MSLS degree in MSLS Library Science during commencement ceremonies Dec. 17 at Clarion University. Ceremonies were held at Waldo S. Tippin Gymnasium. Clarion University President Karen Whitney delivered remarks to degree recipients.
