Jessica Passmore Graduates from Clarion University

Jessica Passmore of DuBois, PA, received a BSED degree in BSED Elementary Education during commencement ceremonies Dec. 17 at Clarion University. Ceremonies were held at Waldo S. Tippin Gymnasium. Clarion University President Karen Whitney delivered remarks to degree recipients.
