Elizabeth Walter Graduates from Clarion University

Elizabeth Walter of Emlenton, PA, received a BSED degree in BSED Special Education during commencement ceremonies Dec. 17 at Clarion University. Ceremonies were held at Waldo S. Tippin Gymnasium. Clarion University President Karen Whitney delivered remarks to degree recipients.
